Someone posted this on another group about a year ago and I thought I would share it with you today.

From this day on:
All you can do is go from now.
Anything that has happened can not be changed.
Let it go and think ((solution only))
If you have been making mistakes, change them.
See the problem.
Change the action.
Don’t beat yourself up.
Go forward.
Give yourself permission to be human and fallible.
Give yourself a clean slate.
Change what you’re doing if it’s wrong, and move past it.
Reflect on the past only if it’s helpful.
Don’t let the guilt monster eat at you anymore.
You can’t change the past but you can change the now.
All you can do… is all you can do.
