an interesting take on "survival behaviors"

I take issue with this part though:
"Identify a new, healthier behavior to replace this old, non-healthy survival behavior."


while I see that survival mode at all costs is not healthy, I believe that NOT following our survival instincts leads us into and keeps us in dysfunctional relationships
