I suppose it's one of those things where the word itself could be debated. Much like "nothing is truly permanent." I believe love in its purest sense is always permanent. Ah, but how to define love in its purest sense, there's the rub, eh?

For me the word co-dependent has taken on a meaning I don't agree with. Again, deconstruct it and what you say is true.

Yeah co-dependent is a tricky one. It can mean different things to different people. Maybe it means we need each other. Can't we be 'whole' alone? I think even the most evolved people still need others. I don't want to be totally self-contained (hermit).

Maybe it's all about balance.
