I agree you can't make him go to the Dr. if he doesn't want to go but just wanted to let you know something I have found out as a recovering addict with A friends.
A friend of mine, an A, was also the type who could drink very little but the alcohol would seep out of her pores. She was 32, had had 2 heart attacks but continued to drink. The last time she almost had heart attack #3 the doctors told her she had severe liver damage - that was why her body would "ooze" the alcohol for hours, even if she only had a couple drinks.
As far as the coke, that was my DOC and it is very addictive. It is also VERY bad on your liver. I have seen people go through $30,000 in 3 months on coke, so please try to protect yourself financially if you think this is the case.
