don't it just suck when we finally see our part in it all????? damn.....it was supposed to all their fault!
when i read your post, i was right there with you, reliving some very similiar moments. the realization of my need for the rush opened up a whole new chapter in my mind that was all about me. scary at first, but kinda fun in a real weird sort of way after i got into it after awhile......i see and hear so differently now. but i still have those major slides into hell periodically.
i'm sorry that you, and all the others here must feel this pain.....but the pain is part of it, they say....and i believe that.
know you are in my prayers, as everyone on sr, everynight.
