Wanna go for a ride?

About this time last year I was being cheated on in secret by my X with his lady love - beer.

This was then followed by a choir of cheaters - his family who lied to my face for him for the rest of the vacation - until he finally fessed up last september when I was kicked him out.

So, instead of feeling grumpy that I was not with him being yelled at, lied to, neglected, verbally abused and emotionally vacant, this year I chose to spend the entire weekend and all of last friday doing something for ME.

I took a Motorcycle rider training course for 2.5 days and PASSED!

I've found a new love and I'm hooked. It's amazing how much strength recovering from codie-ism gives you. I freakin ROCK! I don't think I've ever felt so good about myself as I do right now.

Thanks for letting me bask in my moment

Congratulations.

The course also gets us a discount on our insurance.

Ever make it down my way, we could take a ride in.

I'm in New england, and if I wasn't petrified of motorcycles, I'd be joining you! Consider me there in spirit, joining you on your victory ride!

Bike - I'm going to be getting one in the next couple of weeks. It'd be silly to forget everything I've learned.

I've never felt so free...heh...like my name

Just as soon as I'm experienced enough to ride in Mass I'll venture down Best (Ha!) It will be a bit...

The bike I tested on was a Honda Nighthawk that went bust as I started my driver's test. After some new plugs I was good to go - held up the entire class while they fixed it. I don't think I'll be getting one of those.

Hey Best - any good dealers you know of for used bikes in NH?

Live Free and Ride!

How funny... I just got my permit on Friday and will take the MSF course when I have some $$ for a bike. Like you, I wouldn't want to lose the new-found skills by not using them. Let us know what you get! Are you looking for a cruiser or something more sporty?
