A good nite last night

Hi All,
We had to go to RAH's family's house last night for a get together. RAH suggested we take the two grandkids so they could play with the cousins and go in the pool (they're little and don't really know how to swim yet). We picked them up, on the way to his family's he was signing with the kids in the car to songs they love, ate dinner there and he took the kids in the pool, splashing around and teaching them how to swim. They had a blast. They wanted to sleep over, RAH was like "why not" and sang songs with them all the way home, we tucked them into bed, they were so happy, I was happy and strangely enough, RAH was happy. After only a week out of rehab, he seemed like his old sober self only happier. Just thought I'd share a "good" thing. Thanks for listening.

Isn't great when recovery lets them be part of our lives again?

Glad you had a great night.

Thanks for sharing,
Rita
