chero isnt it amazing how many people are truly concerned for you and are praying for you and love you .... and you havent ever met any of them !

You can call the domestic violence hotline and talk to them. The number is 800-799-7233.
I would talk to them first....the local one in my area always found a way to soothe my nerves. Sometimes just hearing a 'sane' human voice helps.

if you can and if it is safe and you feel strong enough- get your shoes and go for a walk. walk it out! that always helps me when i feel like this. make sure you have keys though in case he locks the door.
