Sometimes when I feel like that,I sleep extra. OK;alot. Hopefully she is doing that, at a meeting,movie,working out,etc or shifting gears doing something to help herself feel better.

me too, pick....when i get like that, i just waller in the hurt and sleep.

oh yeah, i forgot about the eating part of destressing....i do that too.

eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat during my sleep....sleep eating. did that a lot.
