Good News
Yes---for a change--something nice--and boy we can all use it right about now--I swear there must be a full moon!!!
Now this goes to the''letting go part"" My AS was so bad he was almost dead---I did everything I could for him--went through all my savings--you name it,,,,when I gave up--he got help--court ordered--but it worked--ove 1/2 year sober.
I have been concerned--whay will he do now? He has no work history secondary to the A....Today he comes to me--on his own--and tells me he has signed up for a government program for Alcoholics and substance abusers--as well as anyone with a disability that keeps them from working...This programs assists you wilth resume-interview skills and finding you a job---the best part is if he gets accepted(will know in 2 weeks) he cab go to a state college in Ma, with a full tuition waiver!!! He is very smart and never finished his degree for teaching-and we have a wonderful state college up here----I am very proud of him----he has taken away using me to solve his problems--and is pointed in the right diection--thank you God!!!!

Stay focused on you though. Enjoy the happiness and let his continued ACTIONS be your guide. Our own expectations can really play a number on us sometimes if we are not careful.
