A little help from above
I signed the papers yesterday. Before my attorney arrived, I was very nervous and unsure and blah blah, you know the drill. My mind was racing and I couldn't concentrate on work b/c I just ............ didn't know, ya know?
About fifteen minutes before my attorney arrived, a friend showed up with a dozen roses (total coincidence)..... Needless to say, that got the majority of my attention so when it came to signing the papers, it felt no different than signing for a loan.
It was no easy decision to come to this point in my life. I have had many many ups and downs. But I prayed for guidance and now I know, that my HP is watching out for me.
Maybe one day G will get better and me and him will work it out, but for now, I have to continue to move forward and continue to make myself better for my kids and for me.

Jessica, I have been reading your posts since 2004. I have seen you get up, fall down and get up again. I have watched you grow and gain strength. I have watched you find yourself.

I just wanted to tell you guys (and the new comers) that I couldn't have made it this far without the love and support of this forum. You guys believed in me when I didn't and helped me learn the tools I needed to make it this far.
But.......I'm not going anywhere soon! I'm a long ways off from being 100% better.
Like I've said a dozen times before....Thank you SR for being here.
