old article on being addicted to the addict &al-anon
 

The link takes you to a ten year old article entitled 'addicted to the addict: treating addictions other victims'

I need to read it periodically because while i am no longer living with my AH, I am still very much caught up and addicted to the intoxicating highs and lows the relationship brought. This article reminded me to take myself to a meeting and remember how sick i was and still am.
