What can any of you share with me about PAWS (Post Acute Withdrawal Syndrome)? My AH's counselor has told me this is a pitfall and is the main reason for relapse. The treatment center is teaching the patients about this, and they will cover it in my therapy when I go up for Family Week next week.

I am pretty sure this is covered at length in "Under the Influence";I found it fascinating reading.

Did you run a search for it here or on the AA and Alcoholism forum?
