I guess you could wait on calling her by asking yourself, "Why do I REALLY and TRULY want to call her? What benefit will I get from calling her?"

Think about it for awhile. Ask yourself what triggered this. I think if you take a few minutes to ponder your motives, you may decide not to call.

I don't know the whole story with "T," but I'm going to chime in anyway. If you call her right now, then you are only prolonging the pain of getting over her. If you don't call and you keep your focus on moving on with your life, it may hurt tonight, but I believe you will get over it faster. I know my statement doesn't make it any easier, but maybe it will help anyway.

Sounds to me like you are just going back to old behaviors...obsessing and focusing on others... when that happens to me, I just need to up my meetings, make more phone calls, do more service work... call my sponsor

Old behaviors, could be. But shall we account for everything that bothers us or any trouble with a future relationship to them?

I also find the thinking that some have of, "over it", "next", very odd.
People see to be able to jump from one person to the next without any feeling or thought.

If there is a problem or they have some issue they wont talk about it, they just leave or never call.

I dont know I sometimes think I was born 100 years to late.

I used to go to more meetings and call 20 people but after a while I was counting on everything else to solve my problems, didnt work.


I need to figure some of this stuff out on my own I think.
Maybe Im wrong.
