AH called on Saturday, wanted to do dinner. I said no. Then he wanted to know how much longer this "me living in the apt. thing was going to go on".

I also told him that I am going to al-anon. Oh....that did not go over well.
I told him that I wish he would reconsider and go with me. Nope, he says he doesn't have a problem. I have had the worst headache all day, know it is because of this conversation.

I also told him that after the first of the year IF...IF......I were to move back in I would not automatically get rid of the apartment. It is my place of comfort.

Deep in my heart I know that I will end up filing for divorce after the first of the year. It makes me sad. But I know that he cannot change on his own, and that I don't want to go back to that misery.......It still hurts.

hope you feel at peace whatever you do. i haven't made the decision you have- some say once you do, it's easier. i'm not sure i've heard regrets. so move slowly, with purpose, and good luck.
