well I think I would answer an ad like that...
remember, that water seeks its own level...in other words, healthy people are attracted to other healthy people. If you have the honesty to place an ad asking for what you want, and there are healthy, honest, sincere women people out there reading, they will reply.
Now, if you want to get a skank to answer then consider writing this:
"Wanted: A hot ho-mama interested in sleezy sex, lots of drama and maybe a 3 week relationship". Im sure you WONT get anyone like me or the women here to reply.

Hi ya Nocellie...welcome to the lustful ladies n gents thread.
Ok, so where did I leave off....
I go to my noon meeting today in much better spirits than yesterday. I share about hot lips, the pink sweater, the disney trip and all that. I say I probably wont go to Disney cus I cant be sure I will have peeps to hang out with as all the adult chaperones are, well, "older" parent-type parents of the students, and I dont know them yet, and ewwwww, what if I dont enjoy thier company blah blah blah.
Well, my friend H, goes to share. She comments on how happy she is that I am feeling better, that I look better and she says this:
"I think Christina should go to DisneyWorld, and that she should ride Space Mountain sitting in between the legs of Mr. hot lips...and thats all I have to share today".
uh----uh------uh-------------Bwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! I laugh like a nut case and thank her for sharing and say "I usually hear just what God wants me to hear in an alanon meeting so that mustve been God telling me to go to Disney"....not too sure if God really wants me in between hotlips' legs....but hey, if its HIS will, who I am to fight it?

ok, fob, i took yer advice about gettin bold....
a man comes into my office today....liked the way he looked...so i said, wait just a minute....ran back into my apt.....right off the office.....couldn't find a pink fuzzy sweater but i did find a tiger print double knit leisure suit top, so i threw it on.......ran back into the office....
and said....hey, wanna go to disney world and right space mountain???
he ran. i don't understand.
back to the drawin board.
next time, i'll take the club.

What do I like? First of all, don't stuff. No false advertising. I prefer a "what you see is what you get" approach. Other than that, what I'd love for a woman to do is not to hide her interest. That's why I'm getting such a kick out of your boldness! I'm pretty shy most of the time so I need all the help I can get.
But what am I saying this for anyway? I've been divorced for over a year and haven't had a date, so what the heck do I know?

Astro - you sound like my kind of man. I do prefer the shy type...aint it obvious that I am assertive.
As my son said, about me, my club, the lair....thats how I used to be when I was interested in a man. The last man I dated, er, um, was, one of them thar al-kie-hol-ics (Sober) and I let him approach me. Was a short romance as he was newly sober and still had an anger issue.
Im trying to be assertive, but not aggresive. There is a difference. I know men what to take the lead, kinda like the cave man, HE wants to be the one to drag the woman home...gives a feeling of control.
I dunno...with this guy, he seems assertive enough himself, so he may be a match for me. We may rough each other up some, but being I am a Leo, Im sure to win.
BTW..when I went to pick up my boy, he wasnt there. Left school early, Jr said, all dressed up, wore a suit today. Yummmmm, to see him in a suit. Ohhh laaa laaa....
Ok.,,,so Jr had no chance to talk to him cus he left early. So....next step.....
maybe wait a day or so and email him about the disney info?
