I haven't been on for a few days, so it looks like I have plenty of reading to do, but first a quick little story, that makes me chuckle every time I think about it.

My parents stopped by tonight, and my daughter was getting her Grandma some pop and my dad was sitting there...he doesn't drink pop, and he doesn't like city water (chlorine taste), so I offered him AH's beer....

Don't know why that makes me laugh, maybe it was the look on his face because he knew he only had 2 left. Maybe it was because I told him to get Dad a glass. Maybe it was because he thinks I would "find out" how many he already drank today (which I have no interest in knowing). I don't know, maybe because he has no clue....still.

So thanks for this place, I am finding so much humor in these little things that used to bother the heck outta me.

I, too, have found humor in some things that once would have bothered me greatly.
It's interesting, isn't it, how we see some things so differently now? And how our reactions are different as well.

LOL LOL I love this story I wish I could have seen his face. I was talking to my mom today about someone famous who I thought was an alcoholic and that his issues are his and he will have to take the heat and deal. You should have seen AH's face too. Funny. Thanks for the story.
