brief history.....ex was calling, stopping in....i'm in misery.....whining around....heart saying yes...head saying no....confusion....in the ole chitbucket. was using selective memory to the hilt. cynay, you posed a statement and a question to me.....re: giving him too much power and why was my heart so torn over someone who was trying to bully me.

so i went to meeting last night. recounted my miseries. now, these people have seen me at my absolute worse and have witnessed my progress. so one of them asked.....just what is it that you love or still love about him???
what is he fullfilling in you????

all i could think of is............he's tall. and i do so love tall. (i'm a tall woman and have always been a "short man magnet." one of the members, who is from t he deep south, leaned back in the chair and drawled in that southern accent " well, suger, you got yourself a TALL alcoholic!"

it was hilarious. broke the tension. and then i went to work on my issues.

and i recieved my two year token last night.....thrilled me so much.
