Hello one and all. So 3 years ago when my wife had left and I was rid of the alcoholic in my life I attempted to get a roommate, and so I did.

Well I’m getting rid of his drunk ass butt and it’s a major war in my home. He stiffed me for this months rent and I had to come up with the x-tra $600 which hurt.

I have the place rented already but now I put up with him coming home at 3 or 4 in the morning screaming on top of his lungs and cussing. The people next door are scared and I’m getting so nervous I’m about to ring his neck.
Now we all know there is no talking to him in this state, but I’m ready to pick him up and toss him out.
He is always in trouble with the law and even got arrested for driving drunk on his bike.

So I know he won’t ask them for help when he finds his stuff outside in the trash.

I just needed to get this out before I skin him alive.

Im not worried about any legal end since this "OutLaw" would never go that route.
But Im afraid the strong arm action will be needed.

When he comes at 3 or 4AM have you called the cops?? I feel I sure would.
Did you have a lease of some kind?? Did you know he drank?
