Hola all and happy Monday! Chest workout today. Went well, I guess. Gonna be a longish recovery. I wound up doing 225lbs on my last set for two. Next workout Iíll probably add another ten to everything. Important thing is to keep exercising regular and avoid injuries. Over the weekend I worked in the yard and it kicked my butt. Tomorrowís routine is Back stuff. Take care all!

lol. I had to go back and change where I said I was glad Midwestís gym was still open. Itís getting crazy out there with these closings!

Evening all! Everyone is crushing it!! Midwest sorry your gym closed in this craziness, there are allot of body weight exercises that can be damn good! Hopefully the closure is short. Plop great job on the runs! Purps that's awesome you got to get exercise and no doubt make a pups day! Chest and arms tonight .Rocked it! Bout time after last two lifts I was thinking about taking up bingo or badminton or something... 245 5x5 followed by chest presses on the landmine. Skull crushers, curls and forearm curls for arms. Got all my sets no issues. It for the night, shoulders tommorow. Y'all have a great night and stay safe out there! Things are definitely getting hectic.

Upstairs- that is great you were able to get outside and do yard work! I am sure you are building more stamina every day.

Butcher- so far they are saying they will reopen the 31st...but who knows! I do have a treadmill & weights etc. Great job on the workout. I am sure that felt great!

The gym posted a St. Paddy day workout with 7 rounds. I did that and walked a mile. I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom too.

Evening all! Midwest great job improvising and getting it done! Always great to have a backup plan. Shoulders and squats for me tonight. Want more space between squats and deadlifts. Shoulders went pretty good. No issues. Worked up to 575 on shrugs and started having grip issues. Got my rep count but am gonna see if it's an issue when I get closer to 600 for my hookgrip to hold. Squats went ok. Didn't go over 375. Glad there done for the week. Not sure what I'm lifting tomorrow. Side job schedule changed to grwvegrav permanent.... So gonna be a life adjustment. Hope all of you have a great night!!!!

Hola all and happy St. Patrickís day! Back workout was done. Almost didnít happen. I procrastinated all afternoon and finally went downstairs at 8pm and got it done in an hour. Went a little better than last time. Itís definitely taking some mental effort to make myself get back to exercising daily again. Course Iíll be introducing yard work as well soon enough. Ugh.

Hafa Adai!

Yoga, meditation, weights (light ones regularly and heavier occasionally), jumping and enjoyment of life.

Many blessings to you. :Meditate:
