Evening all! Mango strawberry rhubarb pie sounds awesome! Midwest good on you for wall sits but I am not good at them and dread them! Purps hope you like the new DVDs! Plop you are definitely a dedicated runner! Ringo mission comes first and good on you for doing it and than kicking behind in the gym!! Took Sunday off, let my back rest up. Hit a chest workout last night and crushed that and today was deadlift redemption day apparently, iron felt light and tonight went in the win category! Got 505 for a double and the end and very happy with how it went! Form felt spot on and power was there. Learning either I do deadlifts twice a week and no squats or deads once and squats also.. not all three. I'm gonna go down to deads once and leave squats in my rotation as I think they help my floor speed. Thinking shoulders tommorow night and arms. Than some cardio. Y'all have a great night!!!

Butcher- it sounds like a rest day on Sunday was what you needed! That is great you listened to your body and figured out a work out schedule.

Mango- I had strawberry rhubarb pie last week!! good stuff.

Tuesday AM- swim class
Tuesday PM- walked, arms, and some abs & legs ( I don't know the name of the exercises. I just do what feels good and try not to miss anything over the week)

Hola hola. Chest day after a long weekend off. So I just gave up struggling with where I was a month or so ago and took some weight off. Success!? Who knows. I lifted what I had intended on doing anyway. I’m just ending up doing about 25lbs less on the last rep. I followed up the regular barbell presses with some neutral grip bench presses. They’re kinda fun, just awkward getting the thing out the rack on my own. Unless something unforeseen pops up I’ll be doing the old back routines tomorrow. Take care all!

Evening all! Ok, all this talk of strawberry rhubarb pie is gonna have me on a mission tommorow! Upstairs nothikg wrong with going lighter sometimes. Helps my joints when I do. Shoulders tonight and had another good lift! Got all my sets than did OHPSs. Haven't done those in a long time. Somehow went up 10lbs in those ..no idea how but not gonna complain! Skipped arms tonight, gonna do them tomorrow with squats. Also did battle ropes and bag work for cardio. That's a wrap. Y'all stay after it!!!!

Upstairs & Butcher- great job on your lifts! That has to feel good.

Butcher- I don't know if you have a GFS- Gordon Food Supply....but they have the pies frozen and you just have to bake it!

I am meeting up with my friend today at the gym! She is awesome and it will definitely be a lot of fun!

Monday was a killer day--first day of training my replacement and it had to be a cold, rainy day. This meant lots of HVAC and roof leaks reported. Our buildings are old.

Managed a short (45 min) spin on Mon and 50 min yesterday. Going to spin again today. Cleaned up my food too and of course the result is I feel great! When will I ever learn.... (smile)

Hola. So back routines today. Felt pretty good working out this evening. I was kinda dreading it because I didn’t feel like doing deadlifts or pull-ups. So I skipped them. Problem solved! Plenty of other exercises to do. I’ll probably do them next time. I get tired of doing the same routines every time anyway. Tomorrow’s routine is Delts. Hopefully tomorrow will make three good workouts in a row! Take care all!

Evening all! Midwest we don't have that store but have a place that sells pies for reheat... Try to stay clear and look for single serving places so I don't bring a whole one home! I generally don't eat sweets like candy or chocolate bars but pie, cake or cookies is a huge weakness! Tonight was squats and bench with arms thrown in. Went great!! Cleared my bench set. Time to go up. I know my ceiling is waiting but for now it's going great! Not sure what I got going tommorow for workout. Might rest. Gonna do back on Friday so we will see. Y'all have a great night!

Hola all. Delts day! Went well! Really exhausted myself. Not as much pain doing overhead presses as the last couple times. Hopefully I’ll return those to the painless category again. Tomorrow’s routine is biceps and Triceps. Maybe some forearm stuff.

Hard to believe I’ve only been using the new weight equipment since last spring. Seems much longer. I really like the Titan racks. One thing I wish I had done though is not putting another coat or two of decent paint on the rack before assembling it. Titan puts a kinda cheap one coat of paint with no base coat. It doesn’t hold up well. Course if it looked brand new people would think I never used it. Thought I’d share!

Butcher- I am the same way with baked goods. I can't keep any in the house! I did bake some oat bran muffins yesterday they are healthy. Great job on the workout. It sounds like you have had a great week.

Upstairs- it sounds like your racks have a lot of character. I would keep them like that!!

Ringo- I am glad you are feeling better. Great job on the spin classes! How many days do you have left? Can't be many now!

Wednesday- I worked out with a friend. 30 minute elliptical, battle ropes & wall sits, and walked a mile to cool down.

Thursday- squats & leg exercises, chest exercises, ab exercises, stair master, box step ups, and shot hoops and I helped load a van full of equipment.

Friday- step up class with friend & if I do anything else I'll post it later. Not sure yet.

TGIF! Worked out the old arms today. Really went well. Slowly catching back up again. I’m actually sore from yesterday’s shoulders workout. Tomorrow’s routine is Legs and Forearms. Ugh. I might haul some boxes up from my basement up to my attic. Been putting that off a while. It’ll probably burn more calories than my leg routine, lol.
