Thank You Opi and Astro!

Today I had:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs, Melba toast, protein drink
Lunch: Lemon wafers meal replacement, protein drink
Dinner: grilled chicken cranberry salad, protein drink
Extra: sugar free jello

I didnít do great at dinner last night so Iím glad a had a day food wise today. Iím super tired for some reason, so Iím going to go to bed early. Happy Friday

Hi everyone,
I’m just posting for accountability, I didn’t have a good weekend. I have breakfast planned for tomorrow, and plenty of healthy food for lunches and dinners this week, I just need to get it ready, which I will do at lunch tomorrow and tomorrow night.

I can give all kinds of reasons why I didn’t do well this weekend, but bottom line is they are excuses. I need to figure out how to get through stuff without turning to food. I don’t feel good, and I’m sure it’s the sugar, so I need to remember this. Hoping for a good week this week.

emme....I am right there with you. I went on a binge last week (food binge) and lasted for several day. I have been exercising though which helps. I am going to the grocery store today and only buying healthy foods! Let's do this ....one day at a time.

Hi everyone,
Bethany, it took me a long time to get one day at a time figured out with alcohol, but I finally did and it does help. I hope your grocery shopping goes well! Great job keeping up with exercising too. I need to start exercising, one of these days soon. Glad to have you joining me

Today was a better day, I stayed on plan. I wasn’t able to leave work when I planned so all I got prepared tonight were two taco salads, one I had for dinner and one I will have for lunch tomorrow. They are bringing in food for a lunch meeting tomorrow so it will be good that I have my own food. I got some strawberries cleaned and portioned out too, and those will be for dessert. Feeling good that I got a day back on plan, hopefully the rest of the week will be easier

Emme- 28 lbs down is great!!

I would like to lose 10 to 15 pounds. Not sure if I would be able to keep it off if I try and lose it. My body likes the weight I am at. So I havenít decided if I want to go ahead and try or not.

I exercise every day I just need to clean up my diet a little.
