Hola all! Another Arms workout is in the books. Two hours worth. Tomorrow’s routine is supposed to be Legs to start off my weekend. Ok, take care all.

GC, I read your post took quickly. Thought I read that you weighed 375 lbs. Read it again, oh, you lifted 375 lbs. I need to slow down. It's Friday and I'm pumped.

All, it's been a great week for exercise and taking care of myself. Hopefully for you too!

Biked to work today. Upper body weights at noon. Have a great weekend, all~

Ringo, I believe it was Upstairs who wrote about deadlifting 375 pounds. That much weight is way out of my league. Also for the record, this morning I weighed 182 pounds, which is a little bit more than I care for, but since I'm not running very much I'll have to live with it or make other lifestyle adjustments.

This morning I went for a slow 2 mile walk/run this morning that was meh.

Pump class again today.

I am registered to run a half-marathon next weekend, and I'm still in 2 minds about it. I could drop back to the 10 km, which would be the safe thing to do, given I'm still fighting back to full fitness after breaking my foot in May. The big goal for the rest of this year will be the NYC marathon in November. And I am fundraising for a major charity with work getting involved too. I don't want to jeopardise the marathon prep.

But ... I hate the idea of switching to the 10 km. This half marathon was always an aspirational goal in my recovery from the foot injury. And I want to do it, to prove I can do it. I'm seeing my brother-in-law this evening who has been my foot specialist for this injury. I'll discuss it with him too. I have some thinking to do...
