Ringo, I believe it was Upstairs who wrote about deadlifting 375 pounds. That much weight is way out of my league. Also for the record, this morning I weighed 182 pounds, which is a little bit more than I care for, but since I'm not running very much I'll have to live with it or make other lifestyle adjustments.
This morning I went for a slow 2 mile walk/run this morning that was meh.
