Lost Weight

I lost 20 pounds since I stop drinking, Now I need to find food that can help me loose more. My mind-set of food is pretty hard because when I do have cravings I eat things I shouldn't. I eat a lot of salad but it gets really boring need some other varieties of taste.

I am really excited I lost 20 pounds, even my husband notice and that is a plus for me to hear him tell me. I want to get back down to 135 pounds, I have 20 more pounds to go.

Since spring is around the corner, I will be able to walk, rollerblade, swim. My ideal would love to get back into palates. I pretty excited to see if I can get back to size 8. There was a reason why I kept my jeans in my drawer.. LOL!

Anyways, anyone can give me some ideas to do exercise now with a 4 year old on my side all the time. He is pretty picky on things when we do things together. Its all about him you know and I am trying to focus on myself. I still cant do much outside yet, still pretty cold.

I just want to get healthy and have energy to do things.

Pretty tough with a 4 year old...unless you have one of those running strollers. Congratulations on your 20 lbs!
