losing weight

I guess I really did drink most of my calories. Sober since July 13th and lost 25+. I liked the first 5-10lb loss of bloat. I wasn't overweight and just 5' tall. I need to stop the weight loss. I don't have a big appetite, I guess wine enhanced it. I'm a healthy eater, always have been for the most part. I've added 2 extra snacks a day, a fruit and almonds. They seemed to have speed up my metabolism. Any suggestions from others with a similar issue? I can't keep buying new work clothes! Maybe it will just level off and stop soon? Thanks

Congrats on the sober time!

There really isn't a magic answer to this. You need more calories. So either eat more, or find more calorie dense foods to eat. Upping nuts and fruit was a good start. If you can tolerate cheese, that can probably help as well. There's tons of high calorie foods to help.

Good luck.
