New weight loss!

Hello everyone! Happy Sunday!

No hangover in sight and going on day 9 of sobriety.

Drinking has caused me to gain a TON of weight. You know... The usual bottles upon bottles of wine, drunk eating, not working out.

Well I gave myself a week to get clean and sober now, then on day 7, that was the start of my new "healthy eating plan/exercise plan". (It's not a diet, I realize I can't drink/eat whatever the heck I want). The healthy eating plan is lifelong (exercise as well), just as my sobriety is.

So here I am, the beginning of day 9 sobriety and day 3 healthy eating. I weighed myself two days ago. Don't know how much I weighed when I quit alcohol. But as of today, 2 lb down. Lol not much, actually very small amount but it's a start and I'm aware it probably some of the bloat from all the drinking... But hey! I'll take it!

Here's to a long journey of weight loss then healthy eating and sobriety for the rest of my life.

Just imagining who I was 5 years ago is enough motivation for me! I will get back there... And stay!!

Off to the gym I go!

That's really awesome you haven't drink for 9 days. Your health plans are really good. Just keep doing this ahead. Also add new health activities in it.
