Drink regime (non alcohol)

So

I've been sticking to a drink regime and I think it's really help me stay sober!
Here's what it is....

2l of pure mineral water throughout the day

1 Green Tea
or
1 White Tea (not normal tea with milk, bit like green tea)
1 Detox Tea (twinings)
one pint of spirulina juice which I usually put a teaspoon of spirulina in and then anything I fancy tasting...lychee and aloe vera is nice.
1 Hibiscus Tea
1 Linden Tea (for sleep)

If I can't stick to this I find my cravings are pretty bad!

Good plan, I know I was so thirsty yesterday (day 2 for me) and every time I thought about having a drink I grabbed a glass of water. We got some soft drink for the evening which helped too.

I'd keep the soft drinks sugar free....

I've read about replacing alcohol with sugar such as pop and sweets and that can make cravings worse and hence more likely to relapse.

But well done on day 2, hows today going?

Got through day 3 though lots of coke zero which was my mixer of choice. Yesterday was pretty rough but lots of support from my family was the key for me.

Totally get replacing sugar cravings as I never had a sweet tooth (or so I thought) not a cake or sweets fan and rarely eat them but over the weekend went through two packs of biscuits and couldn't stop eating. Ugh sugar hangover I think. So have planned my food and drinks today to help keep me on track.
