Transformation in Progress

Hi - So I'm relatively new here and was beyond excited to see a fitness and nutrition section on this site :o)

I am starting week 3 of a 12 week training program and would love to 'meet' others who are focusing on their health and fitness so we can support each other on our journey.

Phoenix how is that training program going? Mine has gone into overdrive since I gave up booze 86 days ago. Amazing how good clean living can make such a big difference!

Hi! Thanks for writing. Training is going great! I am more and more focused every day. Learning patience too as my body is not droping weight as quickly as I'd like.
