Wish me luck

I am running my first 5K in over a year. I have (and continue to have issues with tendinitis in my knee) but feel pretty good overall. The last time I ran this race I placed third for my age group and hope to equal or better. I'll post my results tomorrow.

Hope not to puke.

Best to you, Eumenides.
Just don't go out too fast, you will do great!

Not as good as I hoped but came in at the front (37) out of 500 runners. I am pretty deconditioned and need to get my endurance back up. I also took a wrong turn and lost about 10 seconds I had to make up.

Didn't make the top five for my age group but next year I hit a new age bracket. So if I can't get faster, I'll just get older.
