New Plan

I was doing Weight Watchers and exercising since January/February. I've lost almost 25 lbs to date, but the last two months or so has been playing with the same 3 lbs basically. Dealing with court and all, I've kind of put my health aside. Monday begins 90 days of house arrest for me. I am not going to be seeing any of my friends during this time. I am not sure what they will allow in terms of getting outside to exercise. However, I am completely equipped with home videos that I used to love doing, still subscribe to weight watchers and I won't be able to run out anytime I want to get food/snacks. I figure this is the perfect opportunity to really get back into my routine. Added incentive, when I do "get out" and finally go to see my friends they will be like .

Nothing like turning a negative into a positive right????

ph3314- Check out sealgrinderpt.com. There is a daily workout that doesn't require the use of weights, all bodyweight. You will also get a pretty good cardio workout from this as well. The marsoc short card program is good as well and can be done everyday or as a way to break up the seal grinder pt.
