Very cool drawings! Good reminder too, I should have watched that last week when I was feeling down cause when I'm down I don't exercise and thats when I should more than ever. I also wish I could use this as a presentation for our employees, probably 70-80% of our ees are overweight couch potatoes and our health care premiums suffer from it...

Awesome video! Thanks for the share! I guessed right off the bat it was exercise and the video would only tell me what I already knew but it was actually very informative...wish I could hire this guy to read books for me and then lay out the main points in this format for each one. lol
