Daily Nutrition Log.

This is the best way of tracking our nutrition (including alcohol). I'm going to track and post my day to dayness.

I lift 4 days a week but my tracking has been lacking and I've been eating and drinking way too much to be healthy.

2207 cals less 428 from alcohol. That is less than 1800 a day. Does not seem like much, but then we don't know your BMR is. Imagine how much better you could do without the alcohol, physically and mentally.

Hmmm 1800 might be a decent breakfast. Would help to know about fitness goals and some body comp details like bmr. Looks crazy light but might be ok for 100lb fitness competitor, but I'm more used to 6k cal daily intake for maint' or 8k cal trying to break through a plateau. Also the etoh of no value other than extra stress on your liver. Show it some love.

I've cut on 1800 before, I was lifting but not too heavy. When I bulked I was consuming 3500 calories, with a decent macro split (close to 40/40/20). I was clean then too.
