Week 11 Day 6
Congrats on 4 years Via.
That looks like a good daily program Fandy. Setting a routine and sticking to it is the key to success.
Today is arm day, which I don't mind but it is also cleaning day, which I hate. Only 34 more cleaning days until I retire though.

thanks Furb! I need all the encouragement I can get to stick with it...since I'm no longer consuming empty wine calories, it is much easier to see some results...will post later after I exercise.

Cardio day today........yay! ? !

The weekend is here.....I am working most of it so I have a good calorie burn there!

Just say no to movie popcorn this weekend. Ouch, that hurt even to say it!

I put in 21 mins. on the treadmill, did sit-ups, bicep curls, dead lifts...I know it's not much, but I've more than doubled my miles and calorie burn from last week...as long as I can find something interesting on TV the time passes.

Congratulations on 4 years via! The 27th will be one year sober for me.

I missed a meeting on Tuesday. I completely forgot!

I ran 5 miles on Tuesday. I ran 12 miles today.

I tend to pursue fitness with waxing and waning degrees of discipline and enthusiasm. It seems like working an overtime job, cleaning, paying bills, taking care of kids.blah blah blah. is a lot of stress and hard work, and sometime if Im challenged with a big project (Im moving this month) I deal with it by saying something like this week Im going to spend 3 hours a day working on.[whuteveuh] That gets hard if Im running 30 miles a week.

I guess Im just ranting because Im torn. It just seems like fitness should be an outlet, not a source of pressure, but I like it. I look good (except my pants are so loose it looks like I crapped them) and I feel good.

Week 11 Day 7
Approaching the last week my motivation is quite high. Hope everyone else is going to give 100% for the climax too.
Congrats on one year to you Freepath.
Let's see coffee. The cleaning job is cleaning my apartment which includes laundry btw.
Although I have finished working, until my wife retires that is my job and after she retires it becomes her job. That is next July and after that I can strike cleaning off my list forever. I hate cleaning.
No gym today; only walking. So after my after breakfast walk I will be going back to bed for a little snooze-er-roose.

Fub: Okay, now I get it!

Windy: Then stay off that machine!

Off for a road trip soon. Have a good one, everyone!
