Thanks for the comments, pretty bad pic though. I had a massive back and bicep workout today and am exhausted, laying on the sofa in agony, definite rest day tomorrow

i will have a lot of time on my hands when my daughter goes back on thursday

i have dieted from 117 k down to 113 k

i need to try a three way split

chest ,shoulders, back legs etc

so i can do a bit every day i have fm which makes it tough but i figure if i dont use what i have i will lose what i have

any ideas please on how i would work this kind of training

117 =about 260

113k = about 250 pounds

I could give you a better idea if you posted pics of you muscles

Thanks GF, you are a shameless harlot when it comes to pics Jim, I would go for a 3 day split: Monday Chest, Shoulders and Triceps; Wednesday Back and Biceps; Friday Legs.
Also good to get a decent walk in on your rest days.

Good week training, finished with an hours cardio this afternoon. Got myself a new training partner, he is a young bloke so he trying to pushing me hard, so far this old bloke is teaching him a lesson

Well I have took the plung and booked myself in for an induction at my gym. Tuseday morning at 7am lol.

Want to get myself fit and in shape for next September so I can enjoy the scuba diving without gettting tired.

Well I got into the gym and did 30 mins cardio and then an all round weight session. Did not want to over do it as it is my first time for ages.

Ooo, pics of Jim, get to it!!

what sort of details marty? I made it to the gym twice the week so far. I always do 5 machines, abs, tris, bis, inside and outside hip/thigh. I did 60 reps as high as I could of each monday, and 80-100 today (maybe only 60 on tris, still sore.) I cant work my shoulders, old car wreck, and working any more of my legs would make me look . . .odd hahah. They have a bun machine, but I think the hills do that anyway.

My cardio depends on work. This week I have had grueling super steep routes, and 7 or 8 miles of that and I got enough left in the tank for 30 minutes at the gym and a meeting. On lighter work days, I swim 10 laps as well.

I am on a 3 day split, chest/triceps, biceps/back, shoulder/lower. I do 2 sets of 6 with fatigue on last rep. Some days when I reall want to kick my ass I do my 'psycho' workout. I drop weight do 1 set to fatigue drop weight work to fatigue drop again work to fatigue and so on. I do this until I get a ballpark 80% reduction in weight i.e 150 down to 20lbs. Doenst seem like alot of weight but try this and once you put 20lbs up 10-15 times you will be amazed that its harder than you think.

I basically plan to jog twice per day and swim occasionally. I guess this is a start to counteracting my alcohol issue.

Well, Huge week for me in the gym, even lifted today on sunday Chest and Tris and will train shoulders early tomorrow morning before I fly out to India, I have packed a suitcase of canned tuna, loads of supps and protein as I usually lose weight in India.
Anyway promise so exotic poolside pix.

Been training like a beast in India, its good being the biggest guy in the gym, back to reality next week though

Having a personal trainer help me with my land workouts today.......need the boost. been in the water workingout teaching everyday sometimes twice a day...and I want to go back to Tae Kwon Do but need to be able to fit it into my busy workday...

found some muscles that have been neglected...and it's nice to slow down and feel the burn...amazed at how some people just fly by me...not sure if they realize how much better they would feel if they slowed down...
