That was interesting, thanks. I sent it to my cousin, who has type 2 diabetes. I probably would too if I didn't do a lot of aerobic exercise. I do eat whole grains, but they are actually whole grains, not processed food supposedly made from whole grains. I eat real rolled oats, brown rice, quinoa.. etc, and don't see any issue with that. When we were kids my mom always put butter on everything, now I see why.
