Phone access?
 

Was told that the Hope center turns off the phones on weekends their not allowed make calls? Doesnt sound right to me. But that's what I was told. Anyone know?

you would probably have to provide a bit more information, delraye - like location/state of said center. i doubt sincerely that any place actually turns the phones OFF, however they may discourage or restrict phone access. many facilities have a 10-30 day blackout period for new patients. this allows the patient to focus solely on the reasons they are there in the first place, getting better.
