So so difficult. Sometimes they use the "harming" as a way to manipulate. I pray you are able to have peace when he is no longer living under your roof. What he does will be his choices and you cannot control his choices. however hard this may be, you can do it and find some serenity and peace.

I have sent help many times to members on SR from all around the world.
You look up the police in the city where he is and then call the dispatcher directly. Calling 911 is much slower when you are getting help for someone in another city or state or country.
