I haven't been here in a while since i released my daughter a few months ago. Life has been peaceful , she will text me to let me know shes alive. July 1st will be her 23rd birthday and she wants to see me, my head says no but my heart says yes. I don't want to get stuck on her crazy train again.

Winter, special days are the hardest time. I used to sometimes meet my son for lunch some place neutral where we could have a visit and then each go our separate ways. We had an unspoken agreement not to get into debates about his recover or lack of it, so instead just spoke about day to day things and enjoyed the moment.

Prayers out for you and your daughter. I know how much it hurts your heart.
