My playfulness. I may be 39 physically and have experienced quite a few things, but I've never lost my playful personality. That rubs some people the wrong way, but life's way too short to be taken so seriously

My best quality is my strength. I have been through hell and back but I am still standing proud. That's why my motto is: What doesn't kill me makes me stronger.

My spirit. I've slowly uncovered it now that the fog has lifted.

I don't really love anything about myself, lol.

I do feel very fortunate and am pleasantly surprised that I am a survivor.

I want a recovery program not based on God or some other substitute. Is that permitted?

My ability to stand up for myself, for other people and for animals regardless of how much society says you should be quiet / turn a blind eye

The first reply to this post by Least is almost exactly my own response to that question! My love of animals.

Empathy

I would never change the empathy I have for a friend or family member in need. I know I'm a good friend. There through thick and thin and would never change that about myself

Compassion

I wouldn't change my compassionate heart. I know and realize that is what has gotten me into trouble i.e. Staying with my ex for way too long and his addiction. But after riding that roller coaster and unfortunately getting better at conquering stressful situations, I have found a strong heart. Granted it was aimed at the wrong person, but in the future I know that it will better serve me in my career and my personal/romantic/social life when dealing with difficult situations. Positivity and understanding are huge. Just gotta keep myself intact in the process.

Wow! First time here and this is what I find? I would change my personal control of my life. I will give it to Jesus and let everyone else cry. God Bless and Merry Christmas,
