Chat question
 

I’m new this week to SR. The chat option, can you just contact someone listed to chat? When I get bored it would be nice to engage in a conversation with a SR member. I’ve participated in the threads but the interaction doesn’t seem immediate.

They have to have chat open in order to chat...everyone who is logged in to the site is listed, but most people are not going to have chat open. If you go into the main Recovery room, someone may join in...that seems to be the case when I've gone there.

Members usually say "hello" and anyone that's available to chat will respond.

You can always message a member and ask if they would like to join you, Gohawksgo. :)
