Ignoring Newcomers
Hi Chat Friends 
I've noticed some of our members logged into chat but not available to Newcomers when they sign in.
PLEASE, if you're multitasking or away from the computer, I ask that you sign out and return when you're available.
If you're logged in, but involved in everyday chit chat with others, I ask that you remember the priority is always the newcomer.

In SR we always emphasize our Newcomers: being there for them, listening to their concerns and trying to give them a helping hand. This value should be absolutely upheld and nurtured in the chatroom at all times. Offering help to Newcomers *always* come first.
