Alysheba, Iím the queen of foot surgeries. This was my 5th. This time itís because I fell in October (when I was drunk), I broke it and it never healed. I hope you donít need surgery. Itís a pain having to rely on other people to do stuff for me.

Sending prayers that you can get off your med. Itís gabapentin, right? I think I remember reading that. My short term memory sucks as I get older though!

Yes, it's gabapentin. For me it is not a good medicine, but it is for some people.

I'm so sorry about your foot surgeries. I used to have a pair of orthotics but I lost them long ago and I know they are pricey. I have had so many surgeries and a torn ACL twice, broken ankle, which could be the sciatic nerve. The doctors don't even know! I'm so sorry you've had to be operated on so many times. I think I've had like 12 major surgeries. Once I twisted my small intestine and was in agony for a week. Finally I called 911 and an EMT take me to the hospital. i almost died. A lot of transfusions. I recently have had four infusions. I am tired of surgeries too. I have one more I'm supposed to have, but I may end up skipping it. I'm sick of going under the knife!
So glad everyones dogs are well tonight.
Good luck and good night to everyone! ♥♥♥ Peace and love to all.

Daisy - Glad to hear the good news that your baby is feeling better.

Aly - I will certainly send up prayers for some of your issues to get resolved so you can feel truly happy again. I know the new neighbors are only adding to the anxiety.

Least - I'm glad you girls got in a good walk. Who knows when the weather might deteriorate again.

Thanks for sharing that daisy. Oh man, l can think of a few incidences of property damage or injury that were the result of drinking. It's a miracle that nothing more catastrophic ever happened.

I started watching the second half of the Rescue dog show and I fell asleep. The dogs I saw were so precious and they are all rescues! So awesome.
I hope you are all doing well today. It's so nice out, Luke and I will take a nice walk a little later.
Love and peace to all my good friends on this site!

Last week, Tony La Russa's ARF adopted out 60 dogs and cats on death row last week. Proud to be a part of such a great organization.

Wow Aly that's fantastic!

Hope your pup is still feeling better Daisy

I loved the second half of the dog show....I actually stayed up and watched on both nights without falling asleep! That underbite category cracks me up....Little "Ravioli" and his mo-hawk

Now we need something to look forward to until next February....

Thank you, Hev. Thanks to you for stepping up with Mr. H, the dreamboat!♥
Those dogs sound so cute. I've been so tired I fell asleep and woke up later. I'm so glad I get the 411 from you, Purps.
I finally got my greeter/outlook class at the end of March. After that I'll be able to go on mobile adoptions. I can't wait. Just praying the back holds out and my doctor can or will be willing to help me. I think I'd really like going on mobile adoptions, meeting people and helping them pick out dogs/cats for their lifestyle.
Have a great day to my favorite peeps ♥♥♥

How's your cutie Yorkie doing, Daisy7. I knew she was feeling better yesterday, I'm hoping even better today.

Thank you for asking. ❤️ Sheís back to her usual little mischievous self. They say that Yorkies have two moods - cuddly and ornery. Thatís definitely her. Tomorrow she gets her staples out from the surgery she had 2 weeks ago.

Yorkies sound adorable - I'm not familiar with them.
Daisy - Great news that your fur child is doing well.
Aly - That sounds like a wonderful thing to be involved in - I'm so glad you're going for it.

Daisy, glad to hear your little Yorkie is back to her feisty self!
Thank you all. I'm excited about it, the mobile adoptions. I get along with the manager really well. She's hilarious. I told her I only wanted to go out with her (she's so funny). She said ok, but I'd go out with anyone, as long as I don't have to drive the mobile adoption vehicle. It's huge. I'm always going to keep my Friday laundry shift, I think. I really like it. Most of the people at that shift are great. I'd miss my friends if I left.
Well, ARF makes me happy. I'm really glad I have something like this in my life that I like so well and makes me feel like this is what I should be doing. Thankfully so very much that I have some time to do it.
Have a great day all! Love to all of you. ♥♥♥

Awww! Look at all those cute fur babies! Best in Snoring cracked me up. My husband could definitely take home that medal.

Funny story... our Yorkie is just over 4 months old. This morning she woke me up when it was still dark out. I canít get up to get her food because I still have a cast on my foot. So while my husband was downstairs prepping her breakfast, I scooted to the edge of the bed and felt something really sharp under my butt. I managed to stand up and look and it was one of our pupís baby molars! That thing looked like it came from a baby shark. ... and how on earth did I just happen to sit on it?

They are so cute. Thanks for sharing the link Purps.
Late afternoon, early evening is my shift at ARF. Although I'm kind of tired and one of my neighbors is calling me every 5 minutes to fix her computer that she screws up. I'm not an IT person, obviously. I don't know how to fix it and she thinks I do. Ugh.
ARF take me away...
Love you all! ♥♥♥
