Started Sunday with a fat busting run....
In the past I've been a pretty good runner, competitive and loved it. The last year I have let my training slip, got lazy and really wanna get back to that lean mean racing machine.
Thought I'd start a thread and just keep adding my progress. Would be great if there were any fellow runners out there who would add their training plans, goals on to it. Mainly for motivation!!! My mojo seemed to have done a runner lately too!
Any way, I've pulled out an old training plan for a 5 k race. Today I have spun my legs out and tomorrow it will begin! Who's in?
