I have cried a couple of times for you and Jack to be reunited. Tears in my eyes reading this right now. I know how it feels to lose an animal.

Did you have a talk with Jack yet....
Maybe he needed a much needed vacation,
but should have picked up the phone to call
or text.....
What is Jack doing now that he is home
with his mommy?
Are his other sibling glad to have him
back home?
Are your furry babies outdoor or
indoor pets?
Do you have a gate around your home
to keep them from venturing out?
Just sitting here and wondering.

Jack is happily resting on the rug in my den. He will be groomed tomorrow to get the burrs and dirt off of him. He will also get the first of two canine influenza shots he needs to have while being boarded for my trip in Nov to CA. And I'm having him microchipped too! Better late than never.
Yes, he's being spoiled rotten.
Lots of treats and tummy rubs.
I told my brother about this thread and all the loving responses and prayers. He is glad I didn't drink over it. And it would not have helped anything, would only have made things worse. My sobriety enabled me to get thru this crisis and I am grateful for it.

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Least, I have to tell you I have been working hard visualizing this very outcome. I could totally see opening this topic and finally seeing you have found Jack and all of us cheering. You're welcome
