I felt her with me today. She has come to me, her spirit or memory, not sure what, but all of a sudden, she is there...and I hear her talking to me, telling me something she said to me in the past, helping...teaching me...being with me...still.

Sometimes what people say to you really stays with you. You know you really learned from them when that happens.

I'm sick with a chest cold, and not feeling good, like when I would feel bad from drinking, and this is personal but I would just cry in the shower, but Carol would tell me to take a hot shower, and relax, and pray, and breathe, and do something nice for myself. She was like "Go buy a new nailcolor or lipstick." Something girly.

I step in the shower, make it hot, and there she is...Carol. I hear her words telling me it's gonna be alright. This has happened many times.

I still feel her encouraging me. I still feel her with me.

I believe I just might have a guardian angel!
