I want to say a prayer and thank everyone here at Sober recovery for all their help that they have given me with my addictions. One day at a time I'v stayed sober and free from drugs for more then 2 years.

In memory of Trish whose spirit will always live in my heart.
When somebody dies, a cloud turns into
an angel, and flies up to tell God
to put another flower on a pillow.
A bird gives the message back to
the world, and sings a silent prayer
that makes the rain cry. People dis-
appear, but they never really go away.
The spirits up there put the sun to
bed, wake up grass, and spin the
earth in dizzy circles. Sometimes you
can see them dancing in a cloud during
the day-time, when they're supposed
to be sleeping. They paint the rain-
bows and also the sunsets and make
waves splash and tug at the tide.
They toss shooting stars and listen to
wishes. And when they sing wind-
songs, they whisper to us, don't
miss me too much. The view is nice
and I'm doing just fine.

I am always in Awe and so thankful for the Spirits and Hearts here that God has put into my life or guided me to.
I too have lost more loved ones than I can ever count to Alchohol and/or Addiction. I'll never Thank God for taking them, but I do thank Him for having them in my life.
They may not have spent the Quanity of Time "I" would have like them to.
But the Quality of their lives and the wonderful Spiritual gifts they have given to me and the other hearts they have touched and helped(to grow) is beyond measure and priceless. Their love still ripples on.
My most heartfelt Daily Prayer is that That God (HP) guides and protects all of us here at SR and our Family's and Friends, espescially the precious innocent little ones.
For all the souls lost and suffering I pray God will send His Peace, Love and Healing and Comfort to them... on the wings of His Angels.... just like the Beautiful ones He's sent here to SR.
My Guardian Angel

To all those who've moved on to another forum -- Minnie, Equus, Jazzman, Patty, Judy, Sarah, Dan, Gabe, and more, thank you for sharing your live's with me and helping me through the hardest two years of my life -- through the loss of my father, the near loss of Richard, my AB, and my own struggles with health problems.
The Friends & Family forum is not the same without you. I love you guys.
To my father, who was the best father a girl could have. To my brother, who lost his life when a bolt of lightening struck him through the heart. I miss you and love you.
