There are certainly better ways to reduce anxiety, now that we know the side-effects of benzos.

Thing is I need those pills Steely. But then I go into tolerance withdrawal.

Benzos definitely are not for long term use.

Steely, that's a really good article.

I have serious disdain for prescriptions due to having been over-prescribed years ago. One day I just said, "I'm Done." and I quit all of them. That was a fun ride. Not.
