Whats today....day 3....?

This has to be the longest hangover of all time.....its been 3 days since i drank myself ******** and im still a little woozy. I still haven't had many horrible cravings but they are there. I remember when i use to be hung over i'd drink a beer and tada i was back to normal. Tomorrow is the day i get to go to work and face everyone i was drunk with, that should be fun...."hey do you remember doing this....." Oh well i figure by noon tomorrow all the humility will be gone and hopefully my head will be out of the clouds. I was going to pick up a gallon of OJ today but forgot....anyone have any non-alcoholic remedies for a hang over other than water, OJ and B12?

Those things sound like a good start.

I hope you feel better tomorrow!

Are you interested in some suggestions for how to stay away from the alcohol in the first place? There are lots of people here with lots of suggestions.

I have heard the basic few...meetings, new healthy hobbies, do anything just to stay busy, don't set yourself up for failure by exposing yourself to situations where alcohol is going to be readily available.....any more suggestions?

Remember what you've been experiencing for the past few days.

Yes - definitely remember how you have been feeling the last few days.... We seem to forget fairly quickly as time goes by, me anyway.
For the hangover, try Gatorade.
