weird symptoms

My husband is a heavy drinker and has been for years. When he drinks in excess, he gets these sneezing attacks, like 12 sneezes in a row or something. He is 52 and I was wondering if anyone else has had any symptoms like this. He seems to loose his breathe and then goes to bed. Can anyone relate. Thanks

When I quit taking vicodin (withdrawl) I did that.

Yes, that happens to me when I drink too much. It happens to my dad also. the bad thing is, it doesn't happen all the time, it took me a while to realize that because I used to wait to start sneezing to know when I needed to stop...so if I didn't start sneezing, I kept drinking....you get the picture. My family calls it "the beer sneezes".... funny but not.
