What I am doing
This is a little, simple exercise that I find useful:
Pick areas of my life I would like to heal: work, relations, shyness etc.
I still have a lot of 'stuff' that lingers from my drinking. Normal phobia is one. Fear of becoming plain, boring, etc.
And if I write these down, these areas, and find the underlying beliefs using socratic questioning (I will put something together about that) then I begin to grow. Its hard/simple/easy - its all things, but I always move forward if I do them.
